Off and on

The meal at the Cheesecake Factory (Wednesday night) totally threw me off. I had such great plans, and I did order the Weight Management salad as planned, but I also ate 8 pieces of bread, 2 pats of butter, guacamole & chips, edamame, a few bites of pasta, and 6 bites of cheesecake.

Yesterday I started back but when I couldn't work out I got thrown off again. I had an okay day but had way too much yummy starchy dinner.

Took my sugar this morning and was pleased to see it at either 94 or 96 (can't remember). I just worked out and I'm pleased at how I feel.

I may have fallen off, but now I'm back. Keep on keeping on, right?
